Functioning as an institutional deal desk for Solo GPs and Family Offices, I architect the precise alignment between elite executive partners and top-tier capital networks, opening exclusive deal flow to an aligned network of fellow principals for strategic co-investment.

Board Advisory & Governance
I selectively align with boards to design governance frameworks that de-risk complex growth phases without stifling operational execution. Drawing on my technical background, I help leaders identify the execution gaps, build structural resilience, and eliminate ethical blind spots that dictate long-term success.
